Can the idea work on real tasks?
Only an agreed, bounded solution is built. The aim is a working pilot that proves the chosen approach, not a large system justified by a promising demo.
What happens
Work before the tools.

Set up the smallest useful version of the approved workflow.

Test it with representative inputs and define what happens when it cannot complete a task.

Document what the pilot does, what it does not do and any running costs.

Working pilot or agreed implementation.
The output gives us something concrete to review before the next stage.
